We work hard to ensure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases from the Quilters’ Jewel. If our products do not meet or exceed the descriptions on our website, please contact us immediately. We want to provide the same personalized service on the web as we do in our store.
We accept Visa and MasterCard for mail order purchases. You may request to use the secure services of PayPal for any mail order purchase. Some of our products are linked directly to Pay Pal for on-line purchasing. When joining any clubs (BOM or fabric club) we require a credit card number for automatic monthly payment.
We ship all our packages with Canada Post. Shipping and handling charges are added on to the purchase bill. Please request any alternate arrangements in the comments section of your order. We will inform you of any additional shipping costs by return email. The purchaser is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged when goods cross an international border.
We have a 30 day return policy on kits, quilts, giftware, and quilting supplies that are returned to us in good, saleable condition. (Odours such as smoke will render the item non-refundable.) Books, patterns, fabric, and sale merchandise are non-refundable. There is no refund on shipping charges.
