using PayPal

It's easy to use PayPal to pay for your purchase from the Quilters' Jewel.

It's secure and you will not have to reveal your credit card information with every purchase.

Print this page as a guide to using PayPal:

1. Set up an account with PayPal. You will need to assign a password to the account. Record this somewhere or else choose something you'll remember in the future so you can use this account for further purchases from us or any time you want to transfer money.

2. If your purchase has a direct link to the shopping cart, you can simple follow the steps to complete the purchase.

3. If your purchase has been by email or phone order, go to www.paypal.com.

Click SEND MONEY along the main menu bar.

Enter in TO: quiltersjewel@mts.net

Enter in FROM: your email address

Enter in AMOUNT the full amount of your purchase, including shipping costs (You will have received this information by phone or email).

Under FOR: select Goods

Click CONTINUE

Enter your password.

Click LOG IN

Before you click send money, you may need to change the currency to Canadian funds (CAD). It's easy! You're now on the Review Your Payment page, right?

Select the word CHANGE under the Cancel button.

Beside CURRENCY select CAD - Canadian Dollars (It's the top selection.)

Click SAVE.

Double check all the information.

Select your Payment Method if you haven't already done so.

Click SEND MONEY.

4. You will receive an email from PayPal verifying the transaction. When the money has reached our account, we will send the purchase.

Why do we have a shopping cart for only our kits, Expression of Morris products and quilts?

We are committed to hosting a current website so we update our products often. We feature hundreds of patterns, books, fabrics, and other products so you can have almost the same shopping experience as the customers who come by the store. (Too bad we can't bring the colour walls lined with fabric bolts and hung with beautiful samples to the web, but we try!) Anyway, we simply couldn't do all this and add a shopping cart button to every product. In its place we respond to every email and phone order promptly and personally. You can pay for your purchases directly with your credit card number or through the services of PayPal. Thanks for letting us explain.
